Welcome to the Celeste Wilson Storyteller website.

I can’t remember a day when I didn’t think about art, crafting or writing. It has been a part of who I am since I was a very little girl. I remember always walking with my eyes on the ground. I would pick up a rock because I liked the shape or arrange dry leaves on a corkboard because it looked pretty. In high school I loved essays.  While my friends would groan with each new writing assignment, I would get excited.

As an adult in the workplace, I was never intimidated by lengthy emails. I actually enjoyed communicating with colleagues from around the world via email. Later, I was tasked with writing some web content for our family-run travel company. I discovered that I was pretty good at research too. With all these new opportunities to write, it finally dawned on me that I might actually want to do this for a living.

With a crazy imagination like mine, I suppose it was only a matter of time before I wrote a fantasy fiction novel. In 2013, I took a leap of faith and started writing my first novel, Children of Odon. Since then I have written two more novels, Kelby, the Halfling Princess, and Lily, the Halfling Shifter. These two belong to a trilogy. I’m hoping to have the last book in the trilogy, Ren, the Halfling Spirit, completed by early 2019.

When I am not writing novels I have written a few press releases for WITIA – Women in Tourism International Alliance. I am also active on HubPages where I blog about pretty much anything that I find interesting. Since joining the HubPages community in 2013, my articles have been read over 10 000 times. Many of these articles on HubPages are about crafting (of course) but I also write about health and wellness.

In the end, I am happiest behind a keyboard with a cup of tea brewing next to me while I write.
